Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all services provided by The Golden Services Group, consisting of:
- The Golden Services For Future Charting UG (Cologne, Germany)
- The Golden Services For Future Charting SARL (Casablanca, Morocco)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these GTC govern all contracts, offers, and services between The Golden Services Group and its clients.
2. Services
The Golden Services Group specializes in:
- International recruitment and placement of qualified professionals (especially healthcare & technical sectors)
- Consulting and training services related to workforce mobility
- Support services for clients and candidates in Europe and Africa
3. Contract Formation
A contract is formed once the client confirms acceptance of an offer in writing (email or signed contract).
4. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments must be made without deductions.
5. Liability
The Golden Services Group is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for injury to life, body, or health.
6. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
- For contracts concluded with The Golden Services For Future Charting UG, German law applies; jurisdiction: Cologne.
- For contracts concluded with The Golden Services For Future Charting SARL, Moroccan law applies; jurisdiction: Casablanca.
7. Severability Clause
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
